水溶性で代謝されてしまうワクチンであれば、

 

有害事象が蓄積されることは、それほど考える必要はありません。

 

しかし、mRNAワクチンのように、脂溶性で蓄積性のあるものによって引き起こされる有害事象は、

 

年齢を重ねるごとに蓄積していきます。
