あまりにも常識からかけ離れていると思われます。
有効性は免疫力の上昇に伴って上がるものです。
免疫力が一気に最大値まで上昇することはあり得ません。
しかも免疫力には個人差があります。
集団としての免疫力の上昇は、さらに緩やかなものになります。
また、２回目の接種後の数日後に免疫力は急激に上昇するのが普通です。
有効性も２回目の接種後の数日後にピークになるはずです。
有効率が２回目の接種後も何の変化もない。
非常に不自然です。
