有害事象は、ワクチン接種との因果関係を問わない有害な事象です。
その一方で
副反応は、ワクチン接種と因果関係がある有害な事象です。
ワクチンの治験中の死亡例も報告されていますが、
ワクチン承認書類では、ワクチン接種との因果関係は見つからなったとされています。
建前上は、このワクチン接種を原因とする死亡は存在しないという解釈が成り立つのです。

Adverse events are adverse events that have no causal relationship to vaccination.
On the other hand, side effects are adverse events that are causally related to vaccination.
There have also been reports of deaths during vaccine trials.
Vaccine approval documents state that no causal relationship to vaccination was found.
Officially, it can be interpreted that there are no deaths caused by this vaccination.

女子医大で博士研究員として採用するとおっしゃってくれた。
バカンティ先生からも
ハーバード大学で博士研究員として採用してくれるとのお話をいただいていた。
・・・尊敬する大和先生の下で、しかも最高の研究設備の整った女子医大で研究する方を選ぶのが当然の選択のように思えた。
